We are using AIAA, which I believe will work with people out of state. Out of state folks must be open to children of low birth weight and/or up to 4 weeks premature. Good luck!

Yes, the agency is Dillon southwest, they are out of AZ. They work with California agencies and are currently looking for families. The wait had been extended for all families to almost a year from referral to travel but they are still open.
